About the Role:
TalentPro India is hiring ITI Trainees for CNC Machine Operation at Tiruvallur. This role is ideal for ITI freshers seeking hands-on manufacturing experience in CNC machine operations, precision machining, and workplace safety.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: ITI – Fitter, Machinist, Turner, or Draughtsman Mechanical.
Experience: Fresher / BTP Fresher.
Skills Required:
Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of 5S methodology and safety standards.
Performance Measures:
Quality: FTA & rejection rates of produced components.
Delivery: Plan vs actual production output (quality & quantity).

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily machine TPM and production as per plan.
Maintain QC records, inspect parts, and follow 6S & PPE standards.
Communicate issues promptly to supervisors.
Change tools/inserts and support Kaizen initiatives.
Handle material movement, job card booking, and closure.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Methods & PPT, QC/QA, and PPC for smooth operations.
