Position | Sales & Marketing Executive | Paint Consultant / Showroom Consultant | Contractor Associate |
Role Description: | As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products in various categories, such as vehicle sales, Auto components, beauty products and paints. You will engage with customers, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. | As a Paint Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting the right colours and paint solutions for their homes. Using design tools, you’ll guide customers through the consultation process and ensure smooth coordination with the execution team for successful project completion. | Contractor Associates are Responsible for meeting and engaging with 4–5 contractors across 2–3 assigned territories. The role involves regular market visits, building strong contractor relationships, and supporting sales through participation in contractor meets and promotional activities. |
Key Responsibilities: | Promote and sell FMCG/ BFSI products to customers and dealers. |
Understand customer painting needs and recommend colour solutions accordingly.
